Tried this deck in a 50 game streak obtaining 42 wins, so I decided to share.

Is called "Aqua 12" due to the number of pokemon inside.

Surprisingly consistent agains various matchups. Beaten slow decks like Mewtwo and Charizard but also fast like Blaine or Exeggutor EX. Worst matchups is obviously Pikachu but this deck has plenty of B plans to deal with.

Tactic: your main has to mainly be Articuno, and in most cases has to be the one and only Misty's target, because is the only one to need 3 energies to unleash full power. You can also start with Tentacool which can evolve and deal painful damage as a Tentacruel. Always leave a free spot in your bench to not close yourself possibility to ramp another Articuno or to grow up another Greninja (this depends on your setup: if you have Articuno main spot, Greninja line and a Tentacool in bech, I suggest to leave a free spot to wait and see what you need most). The key is to use your Articuno or Tentacruel to deal damage not giving prize to your opponent, while you build energized pokemon or Greninja to put pressure with its ability or with Tentacruel poison.
