Notes & Combos

.Ideally play ponyta first with 1 energy and start building vulpix if you don't get ninetails in your hand. You can also play with vulpix first if you have no ponyta and play with tail whip to gain some time for your build.

.Playing a second Ponyta / vulpix to sacrifice if sabrina is played by your opponent - don't stack energy on those second ponyta/vulpix except if you can evolve them soon.

.Play Blaine with either Rapidash for -70 or Ninetails for -120.

.You can freely replace or double the last 2 cards of my deck (You can play 2 X speed if you prefer, you can also play 1 red card with 1 hand scope as both Rapidash and Ninetails cost only 1 energy to retreat)

This deck is very low-cost (in both crafting cards and playing it). Since it has no EX, you'll need to lose 3 of your pokemons to lose. With a quick build, you can obliterate basic meta EX decks (ninetails with Blaine oneshot Pikachu EX, you can really mess up the mewtwo/gardevoir build with agressive play and clever sabrina moves, you can even win against Water decks if you build fast and don't let your opponent stack energies on lokhlass / artikodin).
