A poor people's Lapras EX deck.

Misty is your best friend here, especially against Pikachu EX. Won against a Pikachu deck by rolling a 3 on Misty turn 1.

Giovanni rarely came up because there is not a lot of Pokémon with 90hp that you can one shot with its help, but it's always good to have at least one in case we're facing some potion shenanigans.

Old Amber is to protect us from Sabrina if we're setting up a second Lapras.
